Why are my appointments with my Health Consultant (HC) audio recorded?
We record each session in order to get a better idea of why college students choose certain health behaviors over others. We also want to make sure you’re being treated well by our HCs and that you have a positive experience with this study!

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment with my HC?
Bring a calendar or organizer with you, so you can set up your next appointment and fill out part of the survey. Other than that, just bring yourself!

How do I get in touch with my HC?
If you look under our Project Staff and Health Consultants pages, you’ll see their email addresses and phone numbers listed. Feel free to email or call them!

What do I do if I can’t make my scheduled appointment?
No problem. If you can’t make your appointment, just call or email your HC to let them know you need to reschedule. However, just like you, our HCs are busy, so please let them know as early as possible that you can’t be there so they can adjust their schedules accordingly.

Where is my appointment?
We want to be as accommodating to you as possible and have lots of flexibility in where we meet. We can meet in the project offices in McReynolds Hall (located on the Northwest corner of campus), or in Parker Hall (on 6 th Street). We can also meet at your chapter house, Brady Commons, or someplace else that works out for you and the HC.
